A Larger Lager

A Light and Aromatic Munich Inspiration

Lager, in German means storehouse, and this style of beer gets its name from maturing in cold storage, with bottom-fermenting yeast, in a process that was refined in southern Germany. Our Helles -- meaning pale -- is created in this original style with an extra dash of hops for a fuller flavor. It's a classic bright and crisp lager with a pleasant hoppy aroma.

" Smells of light cereal grain, slight fruit, and slight cracker/bread notes. Taste reflects the smell. Initial banana like fruitiness leads into a mild bread/cracker like taste, that finishes dry with the slightest of hoppiness. Taste is extremely light, semi-fluffy, and extremely crushable."
