This Pale Ale is pungent yet balanced with aromas of citrus and stone fruit that layer up on a dry, light malt backbone.  The aroma is layered and powerful with tropical notes of pineapple and lime that come from the Mosaic and Cascade, and the vibrant pine dust and myrcene character of the Centennial and Simcoe hops really come to the forefront.
