Why The Giving Table Exists
Hangar 24 was built by people who work with their hands, stand in the gap for others, and still believe that sitting down together matters.
Community is not a slogan. It is built slowly, across tables, through food, conversation, and shared presence over time.
The Giving Table is not a promotion we run occasionally. It is an extension of who we are and how we choose to operate.
How It Works
Step 1 – Apply and request a date
Your organization submits a fundraising request for your preferred Hangar 24 location. If selected, our team will coordinate with you to schedule your Giving Table event.
Step 2 – Invite your community
You promote the event to your supporters, and we provide promotional materials to help you spread the word.
Step 3 – Gather your people
Your community comes together to eat and drink at Hangar 24 on your scheduled Giving Table date.
Step 4 – We give back
We donate 20% of qualifying food and beverage purchases made by your community during your Giving Table event back to your organization.
No tickets. No selling. No pressure. Just people showing up together.

Who The Giving Table Is For
We welcome fundraising partnerships with organizations that are investing in people and strengthening their communities.
- Churches and faith-based communities
- Kâ12 schools and PTAs
- Youth sports teams and athletic programs
- First responders and service organizations
- Local non-profits doing hands-on work
While not every partner shares the same beliefs, we work best with groups who value integrity, responsibility, and bringing people together around something bigger than themselves.
A Few Things to Know
- Fundraising partnerships are approved at the sole discretion of Hangar 24.
- Requests must be submitted at least 14 days in advance.
- Donations are calculated from qualifying food and beverage purchases only.
- Gift card purchases do not count toward fundraiser totals.
- We are unable to support individual fundraising efforts or for-profit ventures.
How We Choose Our Partners
We receive more requests than we can accommodate.
Every fundraiser involves our people, our kitchens, our tables, and our time. Because of that, not every application will be approved. Our decisions are guided by prayer, wisdom, stewardship, and operational capacity.
If we say no, it is not a judgment of your mission. It is an honest assessment of fit and timing.
